❥ We discuss all the order details – format, number of characters, what will be in the art, etc.
❥ I send you a black-and-white sketch of the work, and any necessary edits are made.
❥ Once it's approved and confirmed that everything meets the requirements, I ask you to pay part of the order (payment details below).
❥ I send you progress photos of the work, where you can request an unlimited number of edits (but please keep it reasonable).
❥ The artwork is fully finished. If everything suits you and nothing needs to be changed, you make the final payment and I send you the files via a Google Drive link (all files stay there for one month, after which I delete them – but I can resend them to you upon request).

Turnaround time depends on the scope of the artwork – ranging from a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 4 months

Payment: via Lavatop

 There are two payment options: 

  • Full payment – one complete payment for the art. BUT for large sums, I insist on split payments.

  • 2 installments – 40% upfront, and the remaining 60% once the art is finished. For very large amounts, payments may be split into more parts.

If you act in bad faith – for example, receiving the colored sketch and then refusing to pay – this will result in an immediate ban

Portfolio rights:

  • I reserve the right to use the work in my portfolio with watermarks and, if necessary, to indicate for whom the art was made.

No merch:

  • I do not have the right to create any merchandise using your artwork.

Right to refuse or cancel:

  • I may refuse or cancel an order at any stage if the client behaves inappropriately or violates these rules.

Attribution:

  • I must be credited as the artist whenever possible (and always when the work is used as an avatar, channel banner, or VTuber design).

 For you (client): 

Usage:

  • You may use the artwork as you wish, except for commercial use unless it has been purchased (see the "Commercial Use" section).

No copyright claim:

  • You may not claim copyright over the artwork or present it as your own.

Credit:

  • Please credit me as the author whenever possible.

No AI training:

  • The artwork may not be used for AI training.

No resale of the character design:

  • You may not resell the character design to a third party as your own work or as another artist's design.

Response time:

  • If you do not respond at the approval stage (sketch or edits) for more than 14 days, the order may be paused or closed without a refund of the deposit.

Edit limits:

  • Edits within the approved sketch are free. A radical change of pose/concept after the sketch is approved is subject to an additional fee.

There are three payment options:

  • Full payment – one complete payment.

  • Hold – arranged with a down payment (up to 5 months for larger amounts).

  • Payment plan – you can pay a fixed amount each month and gradually buy the design.

Once the initial payment is made, I kindly ask you to keep up with your plan. If payments stop, I will reach out to you twice to remind you.
If there is still no response by the third notice — and no alternative arrangement has been agreed upon — I will relist the character at a new auction and resell it. In this case, unfortunately, no refunds can be issued

 File Delivery: 

❥After payment via Lavatop, you can download all images directly from the site – I will also send a Google Drive link so you can download the files
(I usually delete files from Google Drive 1 month after sending the link to free up storage – please make sure you download everything you need within that time)❥I can also transfer the character via Toyhouse if you prefer.

Resale, Trade & Gifting
❥The character may be resold, traded, or gifted. The resale price cannot exceed the total amount you spent on the character (original price + any additional art you commissioned). If you've added artwork to the character's portfolio, you may sell it for a higher price. When reselling, trading, or gifting, the client is obligated to familiarize the new owner with my rules. If the new owner violates my rules, the original buyer may also be blacklisted. You may not resell the character design to a third party as your own work or as another artist's design.
Usage & Restrictions
❥You may use the artwork as you wish for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires a separate license (see the "Commercial Use" section). Do not use the design to promote hate, discrimination, or in public/commercial NSFW content.
Attribution & Copyright
❥Please credit me as the author whenever possible. You may not claim copyright over the artwork or present it as your own. The client may not register the design as a trademark or claim legal ownership over it.
Design Modifications
❥You are allowed to modify the design at your own discretion. However, the original design credit must remain with me. If the character is redesigned beyond recognition, you may not claim the original design as your own.
No AI Training
❥The artwork may not be used for AI training.

Commercial Use

 Direct Monetization & Advertising: 

❥You use the illustration on monetized platforms (e.g., a YouTube channel with ads, a monetized blog or website).❥You use the illustration in content that earns income through donations, subscriptions, or affiliate programs — even if the content itself is free to view.❥You display the illustration in content or on platforms with paid ads or sponsorships.❥You use the illustration as emotes, badges, or other perks on a monetized streaming channel.❥You use the art as an avatar or channel banner on a monetized channel.❥Using the design as the basis for a VTuber model (Live2D, 3D, PNGtuber) — including commissioning a rigger/modeler — requires a commercial license, regardless of whether the channel is currently monetized.

 Use in Paid Products: 

❥The illustration is used on paid merchandise for sale (e.g., prints, T-shirts, mugs, stickers).❥The illustration is integrated into a product you sell (e.g., as a book cover, album cover, or an asset in a paid video game or app — including in-game items, skins, or DLC).❥Merch featuring the character design (stickers, shirts, etc.) counts as commercial use, even if the art itself is not sold.

 Business, Service & Brand Promotion: 

❥The illustration serves as a logo, brand mascot, or key part of your company's visual identity.❥The illustration is used in marketing or advertising materials (e.g., website banners, social media ads, promo videos, brochures) to attract clients or customers.❥The illustration is used to illustrate or promote a paid service you offer.Sponsored streams, brand collaborations, and paid promotions count as commercial use.

 Professional & Corporate Context: 

❥You use the illustration for work as an employee, freelancer, or business owner (e.g., in client presentations, webinar materials, corporate reports, or internal communications).❥The illustration is used at commercial or corporate events (start/end screens, comics, books, games, merch).

 Quick Check: 

Ask yourself: "Will this art help me, directly or indirectly, earn money, promote my business, or grow my audience for future monetization?"❥If YES → you need a commercial license.❥If NO → personal use rights are sufficient.

What is it
This site works similarly to Ko-fi, Patreon, and many other platforms. It's designed for selling goods (in my case, commissions and adopts)
How it work
For each order, I create a product that is only accessible via a private link. When selling adopts, I set the quantity to 1 so that it cannot be purchased more than once.

 Step 1 

❥ I’m sending you a payment link; by following the link, you’ll be taken to the character’s showcase, which is available only to those who click the link.
❥ Check whether everything complies with the requirements (commercial use, price, character design).

 Step 2 

❥ After the check, you click “Pay” and choose a convenient payment method
!They will ask you to enter your email address to create an account where your purchases will be stored!
❥The purchasing process may take some time
❥After the purchase, you’ll be taken to a page where you can download all the files
(sometimes I add a link to Google Drive, but I prefer to send it to you via private message)
